Born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, he has a lifelong appreciation for music, video games, and sports, particularly European football and Formula 1. Watching Formula 1 Grand Prix races with his family has been a tradition nearly every weekend throughout his life.

Before joining us, he worked in retail and customer service, where he enjoyed assisting people but became frustrated by recurring complaints about poor service. Those experiences shaped his appreciation for organizations that genuinely prioritize their clients.
