Born in Jalisco, Mexico, and raised between California and Nebraska, she brings a personal understanding and empathetic approach to her work as an immigration attorney.
Her commitment to immigrant communities began in 2008 through her work as an AmeriCorps member with Lutheran Immigration Services. She became an attorney in 2014 and has since represented clients in removal proceedings across multiple states, including individuals held in detention. Through this work, she has earned the trust of clients navigating significant and often life-changing circumstances.
Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys creating floral artwork through drawing and painting, an outlet that keeps her grounded and inspired. She is committed to making the immigration process more compassionate, understandable, and human.
