Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch is an immigration attorney and the Attorney/CEO of Dallas Immigration Attorneys in Dallas, Texas. She leads the firm’s practice in family-based immigration, deportation defense, and humanitarian immigration matters.
Kate’s dedication to immigration advocacy began during her legal education at the University of Texas School of Law. While participating in the Immigration Clinic, she visited the T. Don Hutto detention facility in Taylor, Texas, where she met a detained family seeking asylum. The experience became a defining moment in her decision to pursue immigrant advocacy. Kate went on to represent that family in a successful asylum case, reinforcing her commitment to helping immigrants navigate the legal system.
Kate is licensed in Texas and is listed with the State Bar of Texas under Bar Number 24058613. Her Texas license was acquired in 2008.

Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch has maintained a strong commitment to pro bono service and community involvement throughout her career.
Her work has included involvement with RAICES and leading monthly pro bono trips to the Karnes County detention facility beginning in 2015. These efforts focused on supporting legal services at the facility while encouraging more attorneys in the Austin area to participate in pro bono immigration work.
Kate also serves on the City of Austin’s Commission on Immigrant Affairs and works as the pro bono liaison for the American Immigration Lawyers Association Texas Chapter.
Her professional service includes serving as Chair of the Board of Directors of VECINA, where she contributes to attorney mentoring and training while promoting greater participation in pro bono immigration work.
Kate’s community involvement also extends to Casa Marianella and Austin Bar Association sections dedicated to civil rights and immigration matters.
